Ive been here almost three years and I love it. Its a pretty quiet and friendly atmosphere, both staff and other residents. Property is well upkept. Staff is responsive in addressing any issues that do arise. And other than that you are pretty much left in peace.

I’ve lived here at Tenison for the past 7 years. It’s a nice & quiet community where most residents keep to themselves, but have always been friendly. The staff is great and quick to help if necessary. I also love the trail access, i use it regularly! Tenison is easily one of the best communities I have lived in so far!

Very Disappointed
Unfortunately, this apartment is shady. I've been renting for years and years and have loved seeing new parts of the DFW area, however, the hassle with this place has spoiled this experience for me.
They are super cheap and will do whatever it takes to get the revenue from their respective tenants.
Do not rent here. There are more professional and better options in the area than this Madera Residential property.
