The manager, assistant manager, and the amazing admin in the office have gone above and beyond to make the transition here at cleo top tier. This is the first set of staff that are professional and kind. Everyone is so helpful, and I am noticing positive changes around the property. The cleaning crew is amazing taking care of our hallways and the gentleman that works cleaning the trash stays on top of it. He does a great job. The security are also great and anytime there is a disturbance, they... always answer! Thank you cleo staff for supporting our community!

However, these concerns quickly faded as I got to know the new owners and their team. One of the most incredible things they’ve done as a thank you for my continued residency was a complete renovation of my unit. Walking into my apartment felt like stepping into a brand new place!
