I genuinely wanted to like living here, but this apartment complex has been one issue after another. Packages are constantly stolen and management offers zero accountability or real solutions. The response is always passive and nothing ever changes.

Maintenance is slow and unreliable. Simple issues require multiple requests and constant follow up, and even then the fixes feel rushed and sloppy. Doors do not open correctly, fixtures feel cheaply installed, and the overall build quality is... disappointing.

The most concerning issue has been mold growth in the unit. This happened because the apartment was clearly built too quickly and corners were cut. My countertops and sink were never properly sealed, which allowed moisture to build up and caused mold. That is a serious health concern and should never happen in a supposedly new or well maintained building. Reporting this did not result in the urgency or care it deserved.

Communication from management is consistently poor. Emails go unanswered, concerns are brushed off, and there is little urgency unless it directly benefits them. For the rent being charged, this level of service is unacceptable.

Security is also a problem and nothing meaningful has been done to address it. You are paying luxury prices for a stressful and careless living experience.

My stay here for the past 10 months have been okay. I can say maintenance is very kind and fast.

I just moved in a few days ago and have had a great experience! From touring with Chloe in the beginning, she has answered all my questions the whole way and continues to be super helpful now that I’ve moved in! I have also had several service requests for little things in my apartment, and Angel has taken care of all of them in a timely manner! I’m very excited to be in my new home!

Chloe and Adair went above and beyond to help me with my application process and to make my move in day easy and efficient! They are consistently professional and approachable. So glad to be part of this friendly community!

I moved into Park Central last month from California and had an amazing experience from start to finish. I handled everything remotely — from the virtual tour to signing my lease — and Monica made the entire process seamless.
