Herb garden was a wonderful feature.
Improvements need to be made around plumbing, electrical but still recommend. Definitely peaceful.

I enjoy living here & feel safe most of the time. It's nice to have 2 gyms to use. I appreciate the social activities for the residents. The staff is a great team! They are always making improvements.

I really enjoy living at Sonterra, but maintenance request response time has been extremely slow lately. I waited 6-7 weeks before someone reached out t me to fix a small issue with the kitchen cabinet door.

Not too expensive. Safe and quiet. A lot of stuff is broken though like the hot tubs, grill, movie theater room, etc. Overall a good place to live for a year or two.
