So far so good! Love the pool and the location. Moved in blindly never even seeing Austin before, and very pleasantly surprised. Love the dog parks, but only recommendation would be to have small gates in front of the building doors that exit into the park so that if a dog is off leash they can sniff before another dog just runs in.
