Quiet community no issues with my unit good neighbors don’t have to fight for parking spaces clean community maintenance is always there when you need them. The office personnel are great if you have any questions they’re there to answer them overall great experience.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment overall. The unit itself is nice—clean, modern, and comfortable, with a good amount of natural light and decent amenities. The location is super convenient, close to shops and restaurants, which is a big plus.
That said, there are a couple of downsides. Noise can definitely be an issue, especially at night or on weekends. If you’re a light sleeper, you might want to consider that. Also, parking is a serious challenge. Spots are limited and it’s often... hard to find a place nearby, which can get frustrating.
