Moved here from Tennessee, the leasing agent brandy was so welcoming, gave a wonderful tour & it was a no brainer to stay here. This community is quiet, clean, beautiful & near just about everything. Stores , restaurants, gas stations, car wash etc. The location of this community is great. As well as in great school district for kids.

I’ve never had a problem with the maintenance guys or anyone else that works here. They are all very knowledgeable and helpful and very friendly. As are all the people I’ve met living here too. Love it here.

Yardly at Town Center in Anna is a great safe quiet community to live in! I love it here. My neighbors are quiet. The staff are very kind, friendly and helpful!

I love living at the Yardly Town Center Anna it’s peaceful and quiet. If there’s any issue with my unit they address it immediately! Ms Teresa is AMAZING! Brandy is a sweetheart and doesn’t play about her community, if there’s an issue she gets it resolved right away! If there’s a maintenance matter Morris is right on it! The community is nice. The community is very clean. 1 issues sometimes the gates don’t always close that’s alarming anyone can come. I’m paying for the safety. That’s what... attracted me to the community.

Seeing a lot of wasp nests on porches and sockets. Is it the responsibility of the tenants or maintenance to spray these and remove the nests?
