From the time we stepped on property to consider The Reflection as our next home we felt welcomed. Maria was outstanding and maintained contact with us over the timeframe in which we were looking at apartments. This made a big difference. Having staff on sight for maintenance, well kept facilities, and Maria made the difference.

I am one of the original residents of RMR, and since the switch in management to Greystar the property has gone downhill. We lost so many amenities and services with the switch.

The RMR is one of my best place to live in. Been here for 5 years and counting. Staff are very professional. Cleanliness is my main key, quick response to repairs and so. I would rate this 4 out 5.
