Settlers Gate has lovely apartment homes and I have enjoyed living here for the past 11 months. The apartments are very unique and have a lot of storage options you don't normally see, like built in bookshelves throughout. They are located close to hwy 75 and hwy 121 and you are near literally everything you need. The complex is also very quiet and friendly.

The rent goes up for the existing residents, when the time of renwal, but for a new tenant I saw some compensation to welcome.
For those who choose to stay more in this community. Have no idea how much is going to be on the upcoming lease renewal.
