Settlers Gate is a beautiful facility nestled among mature trees and landscapes in Allen on the west side of 75. It boasts of lighted walking paths, 2 pools, sand volleyball court and an outdoor kitchen. The friendly staff and maintenance team are excellent at what they do. The residents in my building are very friendly and respectful. I've lived here 11 years and couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

Daniela took care of me and my sister from start to finish for our move-in. She was excellent to work with and a great communicator. She is a special employee and person. We can't say enough good things about her. She is a hidden gem at Settler's Gate. The property itself is beautiful and it truly feels like home here. It's safe and quiet and we are very happy new residents here.

I genuinely enjoy living at Settler’s Gate! I was able to transfer to another unit and continue my journey here and it has been so gratifying. Lorena has been very thorough and helpful in each instance where I’ve needed assistance. The entire office is really good and compassionate at their core. I’m very excited and thankful to be a resident :)

Do not live her. They lie. They are not upfront with you on fees before you sign your lease. They do not communicate properly. Every time I try and speak to a manager in the front office she is conveniently unavailable and can not speak.
