Alta Magnolia is by far the best apartment living experience in Allen. The apartments and common spaces are beautiful, staff friendly and helpful, and everything I need is very accessible. I especially appreciate the trash valet service and dedication to cleanliness.

I really felt very welcomed when I first visited Alta Magnolia. The staff answered all my questions and provided me with clear details of any fees. I was able to complete my application before I left the property. I love the amenities, the location, and the layout of the community. So far everyone I have met has been really nice.

We have experienced consistent disturbances from loud pool activity, BBQ area noise, and upstairs neighbors, especially during weekends and odd hours after 10pm or 2am. While we had a great move-in experience, the environment has become stressful and disruptive. A request to the management to have a quieter, road- or farm-facing apartment and urge management to reinforce community noise policies. I couldn’t be happier with our move to Alta Magnolia! It is resort style living just walking distance from several restaurants.
Since the first day I visited the apartment, both Tammie and Nick have been great with the whole process and with any questions or concerns I may have had. All the staff at Alta Magnolia is super friendly, professional, and always available to help. Everyone has made us feel welcome and go out of their way to ensure that we have a great experience.
The apartment is... spacious and comfortable. Safety was my main priority, and Alta Magnolia offers that to my family. It offers peace of mind and one last thing to worry about. We are happy with our decision to call Alta Magnolia our home and highly recommend it.
