We have experienced consistent disturbances from loud pool activity, BBQ area noise, and upstairs neighbors, especially during weekends and odd hours after 10pm or 2am. While we had a great move-in experience, the environment has become stressful and disruptive. I couldn’t be happier with our move to Alta Magnolia! It is resort style living just walking distance from several restaurants.
Since the first day I visited the apartment, both Tammie and Nick have been great with the whole process and with any questions or concerns I may have had. All the staff at Alta Magnolia is super friendly, professional, and always available to help. Everyone has made us feel welcome and go out of their way to ensure that we have a great experience.
The apartment is... spacious and comfortable. Safety was my main priority, and Alta Magnolia offers that to my family. It offers peace of mind and one last thing to worry about. We are happy with our decision to call Alta Magnolia our home and highly recommend it.

I recently moved into Alta Magnolia and I am so happy that I chose it to call home. Tammie and her staff have been nothing but kind, friendly and helpful.
My apartment is beautiful; the area is convenient to all types of shopping and dining. We have already made wonderful use of the pool and the fitness facilities in addition to the rooftop deck!
The only thing that I would say that was tough was the actual move in because we are on the top floor and had to move everything up in the elevator.... Just a warning to those who choose a higher floor!
I also wanted to call out the maintenance staff, I had a couple fixes in my apartment, and they were there right away. They also loved on my dog, which was awesome.

Overall, the community is safe and beautiful. You see that you get what you pay for your rent in every detail. The staff is friendly and addresses issues. No noise issues out of the ordinary of having thinner walls, and cleanliness is always noted. It feels like a resort and they truly invested in the community as a whole. Even with ongoing construction, the noise is not an issue at all and the workers do their job efficiently and well without any issues. I do wish the garage had security... cameras especially because the garage access gate closes slow but that’s truly my only complaint. Read More
