I've lived in apartments all over DFW for the last 24 years and this has been the ultimate place to live! We were moving to new places every year until we found these luxurious apartments. We have been here for over 2 years and the experience has been incredible. I love the layout, color scheme, and design of the apartments. We live on the 1st floor facing the garden with big doors and lots of light coming in. We have a great time with our neighbors outside. The amenities here are also fabulous... from the most gorgeous pool I've ever seen, to games in the lobby, a small store, beautiful trails near the pond, and The HUB! We walk over to the HUB in minutes to enjoy live music, family events and delicious food. I often feel like we live in a fancy hotel surrounded by entertainment. The staff and management have always been very kind to us and helpful! We're very happy here!

I have lived here for about 2 years now. When i first moved in my apartment flooded for the first SIX months of me living there. Management told me they would send maintenance which they did and they came multiple times to fix it but never did. Finally they called a plumber after 6 months and finally got it fixed, all I ever got was an apology. My vehicle also got broken into in the parking garage on one of the nights the gate was broken (which is most of the time). I lost $2500 worth of stereo... equipment. The place is just always dirty, lobby is super clean but as soon as you get to the hallways of each floor they stink and the carpets are just dirty.
