Addison Grove is a wonderful place to live in the heart of Addison, TX. The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and welcoming, making it feel like home from day one. The apartments are thoughtfully designed, clean, and spacious, with modern touches that make everyday living comfortable and convenient.
One of the best aspects of Addison Grove is its location. It’s close to great restaurants, shopping, and local entertainment, while still offering a quiet residential atmosphere. The... surrounding area is walkable and well-kept, which adds to the overall appeal.
The management and maintenance teams are friendly, professional, and responsive—they truly care about residents and it shows. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled efficiently, which provides real peace of mind.
Overall, Addison Grove offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and community. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant living experience in Addison.

In spite of the changes there are still structural issues (like doors not locking properly), the garage gate being jammed, the garbage not being cleaned out so it doesn’t cause bugs, larger furniture pieces left in the parking lot.

I’ve absolutely loved living at this apartment complex! From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful, always quick to respond and eager to assist with anything I need. The community is quiet, safe, and well-maintained, which makes it feel like home. It’s been such a peaceful and comfortable place to live, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
