Very easy process, lovely apt complex and amenities and our 2 bed/2 bath unit came very reasonably priced. See at the front desk has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Always friendly and extremely helpful. Both ladies at the front desk were very helpful and inviting. It was refreshing to work them. Excited to live at the Ames and enjoy the luxurious amenities they offer!

i like living here! there are small issues, bugs dead in the building hallways and walls are a little thin- but it’s a great community with lots of engagement!

I recently just moved in but the whole process was a great experience. Dee was amazing with making sure everything was completed in a timely manner and was so welcoming into my new home! On my move in day, Barb was great too! She was very thorough when telling me everything about the community! The neighbors in the community have been so friendly already and made me very excited that I chose this place as home!

Overall, I am very impressed with the experience so far. I do think that The Ames needs to do better about addressing issues. For example some of the door handles to access the buildings feel like they are going to fall off. We pay a lot of money to live here. To keep the complex nice it should be fixed. The cleaning service did an okay job. I still found a large spider web in the corner of my room. The Ames should also provide some moving equipment to make the move in less of a hassle. I will... say everyone that works here is very nice and super helpful.
