I love my little studio apartment! It faces a beautiful marsh and I can see the sunset from my back patio big windows, substantial entertainment space, a good sized kitchen and bathroom too. The community space is fun to use and the dog park too!

The staff is amazing I’m just disappointed with the changes in rules of decorating our patios! Same property in Folly had a decorating contest! We thought this would be a more fun place to live..

I love the location, floorplans, price, and “vibes” at CRF! The only reason it’s 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes maintenance requests are either deleted randomly or they are working on them but not communicating it to us as residents, so it’ll be weeks of silence and wondering. Also, upon move-in it was very dirty and unfortunately we still have a disgusting washing machine, had to get the dishwasher replaced because it wasn’t working, etc. But some of that just comes with apartment... life. Despite inconsistent communication at times, the staff is incredibly friendly and I do truly appreciate them all! Definitely planning to renew my lease.

The community has always been incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the events throughout the month are always amazing. We have lived in the complex for three years and have been consistently happy with everything. We especially love the pool and the gym, which are very nice compared to most in the area. Maintenance requests are filled in an orderly fashion and normally are complete within the week.
