I have really enjoyed living here; it is always clean and has great amenities for me and my pets. Parking and package room are my two main complaints- very unorganized and limited. Not as bad as some other places I toured, where the overflow was far, far away, though!

Good location, fair lease amount, responsive management. If you don’t have a rented space for parking, a real challenge. Also a parking challenge for visitors.

Moving into Morrison Yard has been an exceptional experience from start to finish, and a huge part of that is thanks to Elliot Fister.
From the very first tour, Elliot stood out. She was knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely excited to showcase everything the property offers. Her professionalism and warmth set the tone for the entire process.
Move-in coordination was seamless. Elliot stayed in constant communication, answered... every question quickly, and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth transition. Once I officially moved in, the support didn’t stop she continued to check in, help with logistics, and ensure I was settled comfortably.
The building itself is gorgeous, the amenities are top-tier, and the location is unbeatable.
If you’re considering a move in Charleston, I couldn’t recommend Morrison Yard more highly

The amenities and the location make very nice to be here. Of course, parking continues to be a challenge for many. Really, my only concern is the “traffic” jam of ride share pick ups and drop offs and multiple food deliveries.
