It's a beautiful community, with very helpful employees in the leasing office that have made the move in experience very easy and less stressful than I expected and Jack was amazing and such a pleasure to deal with.

The staff is fantastic. Jack and Sydney are always helpful. Marquis is tops for any maintenance needs! The amenities are beautiful. The pool is great year round. I throw the best parties in our lounges. The resident events are fun! I have the best view in Charleston

So far the move-in was very easy. Great amenities and really nice apartment! Especially the big windows and light woods floors in the apartment make it look spacious. Great kitchen design.

I’ve had a great experience living at Morrison Yard. I use the gym frequently and relax by the pool. My one gripe is parking. I can never find a spot to park in past 8pm. Maintenance is always helpful and the staff are great. Would highly recommend. Great place for pets.

We need a dedicated staff member to walk the grounds every day. Even our security officer doesn’t do this, so unreported/unseen offenses continue to erode the 5 star quality we moved into and loved. Now we feel no one cares...
