Pest control and maintenance team

Pest control is horrible. Cars being broken into through the neighboring communities as well as mine within radler and serval others. Management doesn’t care at all. I have been six months is not worth it at all. They are painting over cracks and mold I have someone coming out to test my house.

I've had a great experience living here. From the moment I moved in, the management and maintenance teams have been responsive, professional, and friendly. The community feels safe and well-kept, with clean common areas and nicely maintained landscaping.

I love my new place it’s just a few things I wasn’t happy about upon my arrival. My a/c unit wasn’t working and the weather strip underneath my entrance door has a gap between the door and floor panel when I feel something can get in from the outside.

Overall pleased. It seems like there are still some issues with this being a new facility such as items working in the clubhouse. such as the beer tap. Also, the water coming out of my kitchen tap had a horrible smell.
