I love my new place it’s just a few things I wasn’t happy about upon my arrival. My a/c unit wasn’t working and the weather strip underneath my entrance door has a gap between the door and floor panel when I feel something can get in from the outside.

Overall pleased. It seems like there are still some issues with this being a new facility such as items working in the clubhouse. such as the beer tap. Also, the water coming out of my kitchen tap had a horrible smell.

The leasing staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues that have come up so far have been swiftly addressed. The only complaint I have is people speeding in the parking lot but I don’t think it is actual residents, rather Ubers/uber eats etc.

Building wise, the apartments let in a a fair bit of noise, it doesn’t bother me day to day but it is easily up there with the loudest apartment I have lived in, which surprised me for a new build as the loudest one I lived in up...
north was quite an old building.
