I really enjoy living here. We have renewed our lease 2 times. I especially love the car wash station, pet wash station, and outdoor shower. Any maintenance issues are addressed timely and seriously. The front office staff is so kind. The only thing I wish would change is getting rid of fake fragrance in the office/common areas - however, every complex in the area does this.

The team in the office and maintenance at Spyglass Seaside are excellent. Two small groups of people seem to do the work of a staff of dozens of people. The pool and clubhouse always look as if they've just been cleaned. Maintenance replies to, and takes care of issues, promptly and does such a great job on special things, like the holiday lights, which make the complex look gorgeous.

I love my apartment, it’s clean and beautiful with soft comfy carpet and plenty of natural light. The breezeways are usually clean and the landscaping is nice. The clubhouse has great amenities that are well kept.
