Apartment Itself is amazing, Community is also very good. All Office Staff & Maintenance Staff are respectful and are quick to fix issues. Dog Park is a good size for dogs to run around.

Nice community and amenities. Maintenance issues are generally addressed quickly. Community staff are excellent. Apartment is nice. The trees around the property are beautiful. The common areas are difficult to keep clean because they are outdoors. The traffic can be awful leaving the complex during morning rush hour, just FYI. Nothing Stono Oaks can do anything about. Overall, very nice place to call home

Great experience so far, little annoyed about the mail situation but that’s pretty minor :) everything else has been really good. Helpful staff and friendly people around. Cozy area too!
