The office staff is great. Repairs are made correctly and promptly. Very happy so far. Apartment was very clean when I moved in. Common areas are clean.

Community is beautiful & peaceful. I love the location, close enough to highway and daily needs but outside of the hustle of the main city. Only qualm is the quiet hours. It being a community with as many kids the quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am is frustrating at time to fall in line with especially with an elementary age child.

Unfortunately there has been some inappropriate conduct regarding the use of the grounds to walk pets. We have lived here since August 2023 and when we moved in the grounds for the most part were immaculate. Now it seems that people are not kicking that seriously anymore, I don't know if it is new residence or frustrated existing residents but when I walk my dog I always clean up after him weather on Common Grounds with the bag, or the tools provided in the dog park. The dog park is an absolute... mess. I find myself cleaning up after other dogs and that is not fair to me by any means, just because I want to have a clean area to make sure that not only my dog doesn't get sick but that no one accidentally steps in it. If action could please be taken to enforce people cleaning up after their pets, action that will be taken seriously that would be greatly appreciated and the grounds much more enjoyable. Parking for center mill is bad. Motor cycles are taking up front spots and they aren't being used. Center mill has no trash dump so you have to walk a decent amount on non trash days. Rent is a bit high for the area.
