Always clean and the grounds are very well kept. Maintenance always available and well trained. Buildings and there hallways always maintained. Information from office is on top of their game .

This place has gone through quite a few different management changes which have been progressively worse. My rent has steadily increased by over $100 per year of living here and that isn't stopping. Repairs team is nice, but useless. Repairs can take quite a while, especially if your A/C goes out in the summer time. Management has become pretty hostile towards tenants and will immediate shift any blame on you. Avoid this place and save yourself the trouble, everyone's trying to leave right now

I’ve lived here for 6 years now and made it my home. They keep it nice enough for me to feel that way. The grounds are lovely. Beautiful flowers all summer and fun fall decorations to pretty Christmas decorations. The pool is nicely kept as well as all the other amenities. I have to say that seeing all the beautiful pups here is the best part about living here! It’s a happy place!!

repairs take forever to complete; everything is always back ordered and when repaired it's a temporary fix. work orders are closed when the repairs are not completed, then you are asked to resubmit a work order.

Been great so far. The apartment is nice, I haven’t had any issues with any other residence. It’s always quiet and I love the valet trash pickup. The gym is nice and I love tat we have a package room so we don’t have to worry about packages being stolen . They’re inside dry and safe and easily accessible!
