Good! Furnitures are clean, good water pressure, clean washer and dryer, wide windows, fast maintenance, nice hardwood floor and close market place

We love the building. Amenities are great, but the treadmills on the gym are not working properly. Previously it was only one that had issues, now it's both of them that aren't working. Also, some of the machines are not very well kept by the residents, and need to be updated. The water fountain needs new filters, and it was better when the sanitizer was in spray, and not in tissues (they dry out very fast). Elevators give issues as well too often that what they should.

I really want to... emphasize the treadmill issue. These are machines that every resident wants to use, and they attract residents to come. If these are not working, it creates a BIG inconvenience for everyone. It is concerning that both of them stop working at the same time, and for long periods of time. We are paying a lot in rent, this is supposed to be a high-end building to have these machines out of service. I’ve had a very positive experience as a resident. The community is welcoming and well cared for, and communication with management has always been timely and helpful, which makes it a comfortable place to live. However, there have been frequent fire alarms, and I hope this issue can be addressed moving forward.

I have enjoyed living in this apartment. The building is clean and well-maintained. My unit is bright and comfortable, with everything functioning properly. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation and grocery stores.

I enjoying my flat, i love that it is so close to T, and all the daily requirements. It is a well maintained area and the residents are also very sweet.
