Just moved in, but the property and our specific unit are so beautiful and well laid out. The staff so far are very nice, and the community seems quiet and respectful. The area is wonderful being right in Newton Highlands and having easy access to the Greenway to walk our dogs. The value is also better than other complexes we toured with more amenities included in the price that we cared about, like a covered garage spot.

Terrible snow removal contractor. The walkways were blocked for days, and the emergency exit doors were never shoveled even as I write this comment. If there was a fire there was no way to exit the building. Very very dangerous.

it is very very nice to live at this apartment. nice location, very convenient for shopping like Trader Joe,s TJ Max. we have nice staff as well here.
