Overall, this is a very amazing luxury apartment. Everything is brand-new and feel as home here.
There are several Plus/Delta that I think it is worth to mention.

Unresponsive Leasing Experience at an Otherwise Promising Property
Visited Alexan in Waltham recently and was initially impressed by the property. Unfortunately, the leasing experience left much to be desired. Jay, the leasing officer we interacted with, mentioned ongoing deals and promised to send us videos and follow-up details. Despite showing strong interest and following up via call and email, we never received a response. Disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through — especially surprising for a new property actively looking for tenants.... Hope the team improves responsiveness moving forward.
