Everything has been smooth during our application and move in process. The management team is kind, caring and helpful. Jay, especially, has gone above and beyond in helping us with everything.

The place is clean and safe, all the amenities and appliances are working, you don't hear the neighbors in your apartment so the soundproofing is good.

The maintenance crew comes quickly when you need something fixed.

Overall our experience so far has been extremely positive with Alexan Waltham.

The house is beautiful - moving in was seamless. I have had no noise complaints so far. I love all the built in cabinets - those are a life changer. Helps keep things organized without needing to purchase any furniture for storage. I love that there is a bike path - didn’t see it before moving in but it’s a sweet surprise.
The vote that actually counts of course is my cats - and they approve so I’m happy

So far so good! I am loving the amenities so far and how easy it is to get to different things. There is so much around that is walkable and I am very excited to try things out.

Since move in I have enjoyed quick service, a beautifully made apartment, and friendly staff. Alexan was definitely the right choice for living in Waltham.

I love the community! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I do wish the pool was bigger since it’s so many people in the community and we should definitely have holiday parties/ events or just something for the community so everyone gets to know each other.
