The property is not maintained. There is constantly garbage around the property and overflowing the compactor, vehicles that are broken in the parking lot for a year, and amenities that haven't worked in more than 2 years.

We love the community! Everyone is very friendly and we are very comfortable being here. Our apartment is spacious and cozy. We are super happy to be here!

Pretty clean and quiet most of the time. Enjoyable place to live. Staff is friendly. Pool area is beautiful. Big plus that pets are allowed.

Jacob at least thing was absolutely amazing ! From start to finish he was super helpful.
I did have some maintenance concerns that have yet to be resolved and that is concerning. There’s not any ramps for handicap getting onto the curb that should be in place. Otherwise so far everything has been good

It is a nice place to live, there definitely needs to be more cleaners and maintenance workers. They’re so busy and it can take a long time to get something fixed.
