The location is good and the property is very dog friendly. The problem is the lack of upkeep, specifically there is a fire pit and BBQs that haven't worked in 3 years and the grounds have garbage from previous work.

Living here now for 2 weeks I can say it has been quiet, peaceful and the neighbors are very friendly and inviting. I have had no issues with office or maintenance. Beautiful property and upkeep is amazing. So glad I made the decision to move here!!

Responsiveness of office has improved greatly. Work orders have been worked on in less time. Grounds are kept very clean. Happy a new fence is going up to hide the trash area. Unfortunately residents don't keep it clean, which is no fault of the leasing staff.

Apartment complex has been on a complete downhill. No one cleans up after their dog. The dog parks and grounds lack maintenance. Viscous dogs on property with no reprimand. Property value has went down immensely.
