I had such a great experience at Hawthorne Commons thanks to Ashley, the assistant manager. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire apartment-search process. Ashley answered all my questions, made everything easy to understand, and truly went above and beyond to help me find my new home. Moving in was smooth and stress-free. I’ve really enjoyed the strong water pressure and the amenities so far. The apartment feels comfortable, well-maintained, and has made settling in easy from day one.

15 years here in Salem MA. Could be better, could be worse. Hoping the New Year will be better. I Love my pool time. Communication needs work from the office. Although many new faces thru the years.

Quiet and safe friendly environment and other peopl. would recommend for people with children and pets. leasing office and staff is always attentive friendly and helpful. Highly recommend
