The precious rental villa is clean and quiet beyond belief! This one bedroom,2 bath and 2 living area is in a centrally located area of town. Warr Acres is close to many different highways,shopping and hospitals. The washer/dryer and refrigerator... are included in this villa and the front porch and yard are fenced and expansive. There is a lighted car port for 2 vehicles and a storm shelter under ground. The second living area could serve as a flex room however there is no closet so a bedroom is not really feasible. There are only hard floors making house keeping a breeze! The Primary bedroom is large enough to include a sitting area as well.
