Horrible
Lived there 15 months. Apartment full of black mold. Moved me to another apartment that wouldn't pass inspection. 2 bathrooms could only use 1. They don't do anything there.

Finally caring maintenance
I'm glad to see that they have some people working that care! Last maintenance crew didn't do anything. It's still a work in progress, but I can see it getting better!

dont do it
They have roaches i stayed from april 2023 to jan 2024 and they have switched property managers 3x. They will play like they will work with you whole time plotting to get you out soon as possible due to late or missed rent. Don’t recommend.
