I’ve lived here for four years, and I feel like we lucked out. I’ve heard horror stories from other people about their apartment complexes, and I feel like none of those common stories have been our experience here. In particular, the maintenance man, Christian, is literally incredible. I truly believe this man can fix anything, and he’s very responsive. He’s been around the entire time we’ve lived here, and I’m glad because he’s fantastic!

4 Year Tenant - Better than most places to live.
My roomates and I have lived at North Shore for 4 years and have experienced high and lows when it comes to living here.
The cons are what's expected with most complexes such as unruly neighbors that leave trash out for days, parking, and frequently changing management.
However, the management team has been stable for roughly a year now, which is longer than the past teams. I think they're starting to get situated.
In the past, communication with tenants was poor, where we wouldn't know... when management was changing until months afterwards. Now, management frequently communicates with tenants through multiple channels such as text, email, and the property facilities app.
The pros are the maintenances team is very responsive (i.e at least within 48 hours or less, except weekends) and the facilities are renovated to modern standards. The apartment is in a nice area and the complex is quiet majority of the time.
Overall, North Shore has been one of the better places I've lived in and I would recommend.

Good apartment
I have lived here for four years and it has been a pretty good experience, management can be slow to respond but they are friendly. The maintenance man is absolutely amazing, he is very responsive and does a great job.

Beautiful apartment
This is mine and my new little family’s first apartment together and it’s been the best. We’ve only have one maintenance request in the 5 months we’ve been here and it was tended to with in 2 days when I’ve had to wait weeks before at other apartments, we can’t wait to spend our time here like we have been.

These apartments are excellent! Maintenance is quick to respond if you have a need, and is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a cozy home!
