horrible office staff they will never answer the phone, maintenance is a joke there have been broken stair like to get to your second or third story apartment that have been broken for months, police here all time of night, neighbors have gotten bad too there are people arguing outside and dog owners leave poop everywhere, the concrete smells like dog pee!! don’t move here!!!!

Reasonable rent for an upscale apt. Lived there about 4 years ago, though. Maintenance was the best, manager was great. Neighbors are the same everywhere. Some good. I could not think of a better apartment in OKC. This would have been 5 stars, but when we left, their checklist was not accurate and we deserved more from our deposit.

This used to be a nice place but since the new management took over it has went down fast. No security, smell weed and smoke throughout the units. This place is looking like the slums. Pools are trashed, trash everywhere and no one cares. My apt was due to be upgraded before new management took over, currently have a rusted sink and tub is starting to rust but the rent keeps going up, been here 5+ years but will now have to move, I no longer feel safe here. Management doesn’t care at all.

I rented the apartment in February 2023 I live there for a whole year and through that time I had multiple problems with my apartment I had leaks and repairs were slow when I moved out the first part of February of this year the ceiling in my bathroom over my shower is still not fixed. Water is constantly being shut off and every time you ask about repairs, they would give you some lame excuse. Now that I’ve moved down. Even though when you call it says they are managed by Case and Associates don't be fooled, a new company bought them April 2023. They have no emergency maintenance and almost no maintenance staff. A/C has been out for over a week and they can not tell me when the unit is going to be fixed. Been one maintenance issue after another since then taking over. The property is beautiful but it's all those little things you don't think about until there is an issue that is horrible.
