PLEASE do your research on this place and the company that owns it before you sign anything. A simple google search of “The Connor Group” will tell you everything you need to know about them and their disgusting practices. The five star reviews here are either from staff themselves or from people who the staff harassed to make a review BEFORE they ever moved in. If you move here prepare to pay $300-500 more than the rent you agreed upon because they will nickel and dime you with fees. Not... only do you have to pay for your own utilities, but you’re also charged for “community” utilities which they don’t tell you about initially. On top of that the fee just to apply is absolutely insane. Don’t make the same mistake that my family did and stay as far away from these people as possible.

Straight out of 1984
I see why this company paints the apartments those bright colors - they hope to distract you from the actual apartment. The lady who showed the apartment was nice enough but the apartment was so dark and don't let the pictures fool you they are fully carpeted. Everything was brown and dated. They just asking too much for something this old

Renter Beware!
Headline says it all. Do your research on this place, look at apartment rating websites other than just this one. Utilities are ~$250/month, includes personal and common, and mandatory internet/cable bundle is $130/month. Maintenance does not respond quickly (or sometimes ever) to requests. I've lived here for three months now and have called/walked in to the office to get my gutter fixed a half dozen times (which I put in a maintenance order for as soon as I got in) and it still isn't fixed.... Oh, and they switched the addresses on the unit they showed us and the one they put on the lease without telling us. Check out other review sites and they will say the same things. Do your research, it seems like the only thing Hunters Chase values about you and your family is your wallet.

Hunters chase is wonderful
Wonderful staff. People here are friendly and kind. Wonderful two bedroom apartment with all the perks. I don't think we could be any happier or feel safer than we do here. If you are looking. Look here for a fantastic community and apartment
