Only giving one star because I can’t give zero. These people don’t know what good customer service is. I should have known from the day I moved in how disgusting of a place this is. They don’t take responsibility for their actions. The place itself is not “luxury” & the people that work in the office are the most ignorant & dumbfounded people I’ve ever met. Not to mention they claim a "white glove" cleaning before moving in but it was clear there were plenty of areas that were not touched. One... of the cabinets had syrup all over the shelving, the cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen were layered with grime and dirt, the window screens were out, the walls and doors have all kinds of visible dirt, the kitchen ceiling had brown spots on it, and the front door and back door do not close correctly. These are not luxury townhomes. Management has no consideration for their tenants and trying to get something fixed is next to impossible. It takes months to get basic but necessary repairs completed. Quick cover ups in the unit upon move in, but those slowly fall apart after move in. Neighbors had roaches that property would not take care of rather made them foot the bill to exterminate. For this price better to look down the street.

I called front office a day ago due to a couple of issues in my apartment as I was discussing the issues with the manager and all of a sudden I heard music I am thinking maybe something happened with the phone or something so, I hung up called back and was told by manager he is talking to someone and he will call me back no apology nothing "WOW"I felt what he did was intentional.

I have serious regrets moving into this place. Most of the staff has been nothing but rude and condescending. They moved me into a dirty apartment with no working appliances. Claimed they would get things in order and dragged their feet getting my place move in ready from the start and still to this day 3 months later isn’t done. Don’t get me started on the rodent problem that still continues. I highly suggest finding somewhere else to live

Management is top-notch and the location is awesome. I've lived here for a few years and things did falter a little during pandemic, but it's great now. Jacob in maintenance provides thorough and courteous service. No bugs or other pests.
