I haven't moved in yet, but I can say the staff today d1/23/2021 (the young lady that worked today) treated me like royalty. She was super nice and I loved the tour of the place. I'm looking forward to hearing back.

The 'playground' is actually for the dogs, as I realized later. There is no place for kids to play. So drive slow, please, it isn't their fault that they have to play in the parking areas.
The 'water' bill is about $160 per month. Your electric and TV are separate from that.
There is at least 1 super moldy garage and they never fixed the cause of the problem. If you want a garage, make sure you look at it before signing. But once you get one, you are stuck with it. I was told people opt in for... the winter, but there really is no opt out.
Don't be late with the rent, and by late, I mean the morning on the 2nd. The late fee on that day is $150. I don't even want to know what happens if you are later than that.

The apartments are not worth the money. Management is horrible and showed us an apartment that was upgraded and at move in time gave us an apartment that was not. No cameras or lights in the parking lot.

They come to you after a few months and want you to sign another lease or they will raise your rent!! Had terrible time with neighbors and they did nothing. Terrible management. Had to pay to break my lease to get out!!
