I really like the apartment complex, the location, the layouts and the clubhouse with amenities are very nice. They are very good at the maintenance of the grounds. I do believe that they could probably use more staff for maintenance as It seems like they had so many move outs and move in's at the same time, that the work done to prepare the apartments seemed thrown together and there were a few things that appeared rushed and that were done with a lack of attention to detail.. but for the most... part, a great experience.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here at the Heritage on the Merrimack apartments. The community feels safe. The apartments are great. Maintenance is always helpful. My only complaints would be the prices are too high and the covered parking fee just went up for seemingly no reason. There were no improvements made to the spaces so I don’t understand why they are randomly charging an additional $15 per spot. It was worth it at $50 a month but with my husband an I having two cars, paying $150... instead of $100 just seems kind of ridiculous just to be able to park our cars under the covers. Other than that though I do really love this place and definitely plan on staying for a while longer. :)
