The apartments are very soundproof, I have never heard my neighbors vacuuming or watching tv loudly. The apartments are more expensive than other area apartments. Maintenance has been very helpful and friendly the few times we have needed them.

I've been here since December 2011, and I love living here! I have great neighbors, the staff is top notch (not to mention friendly!) and the new updates to the pool area, workout room & leasing office are fantastic - but I really love walking into my building now - everything is freshly painted with a new color scheme and brand new carpeting. I can't wait to see all the improvements to the clubhouse which should be finished soon! I have been very happy living here, and look forward to many... more years in the future. I highly recommend Heritage on the Merrimack Apartment Homes.
