The Miles has a great location, beautiful apartments, and is just an awesome place to live.
The property management, and maintenance teams are super proactive and responsive.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with them and they have made The Miles feel very welcoming from day one.

Only been a resident for a few weeks but it’s been wonderful. The leasing staff is very communicative and attentive to the residents at The Miles. The building spaces are clean and kept up. I feel safe in my space and communal areas. Not a single thing I’m unhappy with at the moment!

The Miles is a gorgeous, pet-friendly community with varied conveniences within walking distance. The floor plans are smart and beautifully designed for upscale living. (The city views are also amazing!) The office staff is helpful, friendly, and here to answer any questions QUICKLY.
