I would’ve given five stars if I can’t hear what my neighbor does every night. The walls are still very thin in my opinion for the prize point. also, there was a signature sent at the building is supposed to spray throughout according to my tour, but on the fifth floor we’ve probably only smelled it on my move-in day. The scent was very pleasant and had the entire building and my apartment smelling very nice, but it was very short-lived and I would love for that to be brought back. They do spray... it on the third and seventh floors for sure cause they do tours there I’m guessing, but it is very nice as a resident of the other floors to come home and the hallways not smell like food and pets. Those are my only two complaints and are pretty minor. I love the package delivery room, spaces are well maintained, and the location is perfect for my live/work lifestyle.

Right now, our signature scent machines are exclusive to the leasing office,... fitness center, and the 3rd and 7th floors. Because of your great feedback, we will absolutely look into adding these to the other floors in the future. In the meantime, our team will step up our routine hallway refreshing to help keep your floor smelling great.

Moving in was a breeze!
Everything is new and well taken care of. The building is clean and staff takes care to try to bring residents together. Front desk is always polite and willing to assist.
