The process was simple, well-organized, and much easier than I expected, which made settling in feel exciting instead of overwhelming. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, patient, and willing to answer any questions I had along the way. I've had a great experience living here. I can hardly hear my neighbors, which makes the community feel peaceful and quiet. The amenities are well-maintained and a great bonus. I'm also glad that towing is being enforced because it helps keep parking organized and available for residents. The location is very convenient, with easy access to everything I need. Living at Mira is fantastic, it is perfect for singles, couples. All the amenities, the rooftop with such an incredible view, the management is great, it's like living in a Hotel resort. Walking distance to concerts, venues, downtown. La dolce Vita??

Living here is nice. Leasing professionals and maintenance manager is amazing, highly contributing to the 4th stars. However, there are some cons. The experience of a knocking pipe and the lack of prevention to sound travel are huge downsides to my experience, considering the expected cost of living if not for the concession. I think there should be rug and concrete flooring the higher the floors or some other form of sound block the higher the floors go and surrounding wall pipes.

I absolutely love it here. It’s everything I imagined and more. The amenities alone are so amazing, the apartment is so nicely kept, and the people are so sweet.
