After living in the North for many years, I was looking for a place where I could feel at home—somewhere comfortable, reasonably priced, and safe. In October 2024, I traveled to the Raleigh-Durham area and toured about 13 to 15 apartments. I ultimately chose Level 401 because of its great location, appealing amenities, and the warm welcome I received upon arrival.
In contrast, many of the other places I visited were disorganized. Some weren’t available even though I had scheduled appointments;... in a few cases, the leasing agent was out to lunch or had to show me a different unit than promised. This was especially frustrating considering I had flown in specifically to search for an apartment. It was far from the kind of welcome I had hoped for.
