Have had nothing short of a great experience so far, these past two weeks to this amazing community. Although rents are slightly on the higher side but it's worth living in here keeping other factors into consideration like its super convenient location that allows quick access to nearby malls, 540 highway and other markets as well. It's peaceful, well maintained and well-organized community. The lease office staff is very courteous and very helping. Highly recommend living here.

Alta Town Center is a great community for anyone looking to be close to the malls and major highway like 540 and capital blvd which runs all through Raleigh up to 85 north!
