Apartments built way too fast walls are really thin we got constant police calls for simply listening to music when we are cleaning or trying to cook. One time for my partners going away we had our friends who are residents come over we all hung out in the parking lot and were talking quite loud i took responsibility and said it wont happen again ill keep it indoors. When police have arrived in the past they dont hear music being to loud and have told us theres nothing to report. We hear our... neighbor upstairs stomp all through out the day and night when we addressed issue to management nothing was done for our end but God forbid I want to play a little music. I get treated like im some criminal and have to watch out for police. My partner and I have changed our lifestyles to accommodate this complex when we never had to in past apartments never had any issues until we moved. The club house at our old complex was always open to us to be able to lounge and invite friends here the lounge is only available during working hours. We are very excited to find a new home come end our lease. Since my partner and I are very social and do have a large group of friends I have told everyone about my experience here they loved the way our apartment looks but they are not interested in moving in here after their lease is up given our experience living here. Also interesting enough part of that friend group is current residents and they are very turned off about living here past their lease

From start to now residing in a unit at Elan has been a pleasant experience. Communication was superb, the application process including questions/concerns and changes were answered and accommodated. The grounds are well kept. So far it's been a wonderful experience.
