It’s a wonderful place to live. Staff is friendly and helpful, location is great. We are so happy to being here. Apartment is very close to North Hills. You can find a lot of coffee shops and restaurants.

Zoe was amazing from start to finish. She was so helpful in helping me make my decision in selecting Anderson Flats. The location was perfect in my commute to my job. This was a great decision to move here. Its clean and noise level are low. Overall great experience.

I love Anderson Flats so much that when my lease ended on my one bedroom that I moved across the street to a two bedroom...I enjoy the closeness of the neighbors and the community within the community is peaceful and welcoming.
