This is truly such an amazing property and community to live in. Joann and Zoë make living here comfortable and fun- not to mention how friendly they are. The property itself allows such accessibility to Raleigh all while being quiet and peaceful. The maintenance staff is beyond helpful for any situation you have as well. I could not recommend Anderson Flats more- if you’re looking for a place to call home, this is it!

I've enjoyed living here the past 2 years! The office is responsive to most issues and this year I've had respectful neighbors. It's convenient to North Hills, grocery stores, and I 440.
