Anderson Flats is a great place to live! The maintenance staff is professional, friendly, and always helpful. The community is well-maintained, with nice amenities and a convenient location close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The apartments are spacious, modern, and comfortable. Overall, a welcoming and enjoyable place to call home.

It’s a wonderful place to live. Staff is friendly and helpful, location is great. We are so happy to being here. Apartment is very close to North Hills. You can find a lot of coffee shops and restaurants.

Zoe was amazing from start to finish. She was so helpful in helping me make my decision in selecting Anderson Flats. The location was perfect in my commute to my job. This was a great decision to move here. Its clean and noise level are low. Overall great experience.
