Have been here for a few years now. Staff have been good and the crew that works around the complex are very kind. The dog ?? situation and the pool guests some times gets a little bit much but no real issues. I do think that they need a no pet space and a place for kids to play like a mini playground. Or a picnic lawn where dogs are not allowed.

DO NOT LIVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Do NOT live here. I was a resident for 3 years and dealt with constant issues. Disruptive neighbors, frequent calls to the non-emergency line, and serious safety concerns like a downstairs neighbor using an open-flame grill on a wooden porch. We stayed hoping new management would improve things, but it only got worse.
The final straw was we paid $400 out of pocket for a professional deep clean before moving out, only to have $300 deducted from our deposit... for supposed “pet stains” under the carpet. Our dog is crate-trained and has never had an accident. This place is unsafe, mismanaged, and they’ll nickel and dime you on the way out.
