It’s been a peaceful 3 years for the most part. Appliances have held up well. No issues with refrigerator or dishwasher etc. I do wish there was a playground or separate space for kids and picnics that can be accessed all week where dogs are not allowed to poop. I have seen a dog in the pool and pool area once, we should really have a better system for that. Not sure why we can’t sit or hangout in the pool area to do ping pong or sun bathe when they are cleaning the pool. Is there an option to... cover it. Can we add a play space by the hammocks and fix fireplace outside and tv.

Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Everyone seems to be pretty good people. Parking typically is my only issue but thats usually only on thursday/fridays which I can understand. Besides that, really awesome community.
