Haley was very helpful and knowledgeable with all aspects of my leasing process. I was impressed with the quick call backs when I had questions and she was very easy to work with. The rest of the office staff were always very helpful as well.

Multiple issues with the apartment including black mold and a leak from apt above me, and no one has come to take care of them. Also screws sitting up out of the floor on a threshold between rooms. The painters were horrible, (overspray on all vinyl floors as well as large drips that were not cleaned up. Cleaning crew could be better: cob webs around sun room light fixture and bugs in many of the globes in ceiling lights.
The layout is very good and I love the sunroom. The front office is... very efficient and friendly and I appreciate that. Nice neighbors.??
