good apartment, but we are struggling with flyers, roaches, and it sometimes smells like weed smoke in the apartment even though we don’t smoke. Also, some missing or damaged parts in the house need to be fixed, so hopefully they fix them. overall good experience so far.

It’s a different rental process than I’ve been through before, but well worth it so far. Very happy with the new place. Seems peaceful. My apartment turned out better than the ones I viewed.

The Management team is always professional. Their Maintenance Team is great too. I have lived here for fifteen years. The last six have been the BEST Management and Maintenance. l would not trade them in for anything.
