Run! This place is awful. The pictures on the website are not accurate at all. The pool is never clean. There is dog poop everywhere. Expect constant maintenance issues with your apartment which will never be resolved. The maintenance crew will come and put a bandaid on it only for the same issue to come back a few days later. The office staff is the most unprofessional, rude, and incompetent staff I’ve ever seen. If you send any email that’s the least negative or critical, they will not respond... . They’ll be nice and friendly at first but once you sign a lease they couldn’t care less. This place is a nightmare. If you can go anywhere else, do it!

good apartment, but we are struggling with flyers, roaches, and it sometimes smells like weed smoke in the apartment even though we don’t smoke. Also, some missing or damaged parts in the house need to be fixed, so hopefully they fix them. overall good experience so far.

It’s a different rental process than I’ve been through before, but well worth it so far. Very happy with the new place. Seems peaceful. My apartment turned out better than the ones I viewed.
