The complex as a whole is pretty cool. The apartments are slightly outdated but not rundown. They could probably use some renovations. Maintenance is Awesome.

I moved into Regency Park the middle of May, I left a brief review. Minor issues upon moving in, they were taken care of…maintenance came on a Friday evening holiday wknd! I was so surprised, who works late on Fridays, especially a holiday wknd! I have had nothing but great vibes, it’s a peaceful and quiet community. The office staff have been so helpful, thank you Zena for your assistance!

I love it here. I've already been here for two seasons. The only thing is they have steps that are in the walkways and that is by far my only dislike but it really only affects you if you have an apartment down there...which i do. i would highly recommend I AM DEF RENEWING MY LEASE
