The neighborhood has been so nice and calm, I can wait to use the pool as well, so far we haven't had any issue with anyone i really like being i always look forward to get home after a long day of work

I have only been this community since Thursday, the move in was pretty much on the smooth side. It has been quiet, some (minor) issues inside the apartment but nothing to speak on seeing that I haven’t spoken with anyone referencing them as of yet. I have a one br and I feel that it is perfect size for me. Zena is the lady in the office that helped me from start to finish, she fell under the weather for a couple days at that point the other ladies in the office stepped up and helped me out…upon... return Zena got me in the office and out with key in hand within no time!

I’m grateful for my beautiful apt, cordial and peaceful neighbors and nice amenities. I would like to see more communication from management since there’s been a change in staff. Overall it’s a nice community to reside in with an affordable rent price point.

My experience with the Regency property, leasing and maintenance staff has been blessed! My position and apartment size are perfect for my pet and I, neighbors are cordial and helpful and the grounds are kept well! I’m grateful that the staff are diligent with record keeping and processing work orders and this has made my life easier. Blessings!
