Very quiet, not busy at all. Cute apartments. Could use a little upgrading and faster maintenance. So far satisfied. No through traffic makes it’s safer. Parking is well lit. The small dog park needs tending to. However I believe it’s just other tenants not picking up after their fur baby’s. Office manager is extremely nice but hard to get ahold of. I think she is just busy. They are older apartments but nice for the age.

Apartment wasn't move in ready on day of move till late in that day. I was told I could get the keys at 10 am. But it was after 1pm before I was able to move in .

I really enjoy living here at the Brooks. The Brooks is located around many stores. I can walk to get groceries, or pick up my medicine from Walmart, I walk my dog to the groomers and vet hospital, and I can walk to my doctor's office, or to a restaurant. Thanks to the new property manager, it's so quiet over here now. My son is doing a good job as a groundskeeper to keep the property clean. He will even go late at night to check the dumpster area. Disappointed, and not at all happy with our apartment! Would not recommend. One month after moving in, and major issues and concerns brought to management's attention, have yet to be resolved. We have been accommodating and understanding due to management's low staffing for maintenace and office personnel, yet our patience has now been exhausted. Our apartment was not move-in ready when we moved in, and we've found, and continue to find, more issues that need attention.
