No gym no pool no amenities…they charge a ton for rent and rent increases are HIGH…makes no sense. These aren’t luxury apartments. They shouldn’t charge more than 1k

I moved on this property 8 months ago. And I really love this property. Management and the Maintenance team is very friendly and very professional. This property and the neighborhood is safe and clean pet friendly. All I can say is my stay here so far has been great.

The leasing team definitely kept in contact while we tried to arrange my move in day. There were some things broken when I moved in but maintenance has been very reliable and quick to respond to all of our needs.

Very quiet, not busy at all. Cute apartments. Could use a little upgrading and faster maintenance. So far satisfied. No through traffic makes it’s safer. Parking is well lit. The small dog park needs tending to. However I believe it’s just other tenants not picking up after their fur baby’s. Office manager is extremely nice but hard to get ahold of. I think she is just busy. They are older apartments but nice for the age.
