This is a great location right by Apex Lake and Costco too! But even more importantly, the Peak has a manager who listens and acts when there's a concern. The office staff is always pleasant. We have an incredible maintenance team that are competent, quick to make repairs, & very nice people. I love our apartment & the large balconies. The common areas are kept clean and I really appreciate the no smoking policy which is enforced. There are activities planned by our Apartment Life... team, but there also is a book club, game group, and monthly lunch group. We are beginning our 5th year here and are really glad we found this community.
