What a breath of fresh air! New staff arrived and resolved the broken fixture without delay. Replaced my personal items the exact way they found them upon arrival. Both men gave me an overview of what would take place properly setting expectations (before) starting the repair. Both men answered all of my questions until I fully understood 'what' they'd done. I was given a chance to use the fixture to ensure it was in proper working order (before) they left. They were not in a rush to leave. I... was treated with respect from start to finish by both staff members.

The community is excellent, very polite and friendly. Activities organized by both the management and tenants provide sufficient opportunities to meet people with interests that keep one mentally and physically stimulated.
