Safe and convenient
Easy access to Hwy 65 is super nice and the area is safe and surprisingly quiet. Apartments are roomy and have good storage. Nice pool & playground area. The fitness room could use some TLC. Overall a great place to live.

Highly Recommend!
I have been here 3 years and my family is very happy here! We always have great interactions with the staff. The property manager is always very attentive if there is ever an issue. The location is convenient for commute to Springfield or Branson.

Affordable, conveniently located, responsive management
My spouse and I are happy here. We're satisfied with the space and price for our 2-bed room unit. Recently renewed our lease. Conveniently located off Evans Rd. exit. Easy for us to get into Springfield for both of our jobs and we usually can get anywhere in Springfield within less than 30 minutes. Easy drive into Ozark and Nixa, as well. Our appliances are up-to-date, they regularly clean air filters, and requests for repairs were responded to quickly. Community is quiet. Desiree the property... manager is great!

Great Apartments!
Living at Embassy Apartments in Ozark, MO has been a fantastic experience! We just renewed for our 3rd year here.
The top highlight is easily the affordability, especially considering how clean and well-maintained the property is. The apartments are spacious and tidy, and it’s clear management takes real pride in keeping the grounds in great shape. Any time maintenance is needed, the staff is consistently friendly, pleasant, and helpful.
It’s a wonderfully quiet and peaceful community, making... it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The location is ideal as well—conveniently close to everything in Ozark while still feeling tucked away and private.
There are just a couple of minor things to keep in mind: parking can get a bit tight in the evenings, and the stairwells could benefit from extra cleaning, but overall these are tiny details.
Embassy Apartments offers incredible value for the price, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, budget-friendly, and convenient home in Ozark!
