No longer "affordable housing," but still a good deal
I moved in a few years ago back when it was "affordable housing." Since then, our laundry room got an upgrade, communication has became more consistent and clear, mailboxes got better signage... lots of quality-of-life improvements. Michael's done a great job! That being said, prices went up for me by 12% this year. For now it's still one of the cheapest options available, so I'll be sticking around.

Great place to call home!
Here at Grandview we just got new pool furniture, a remodeled office and remodeled laundry room. They are so nice now! The flowers and landscaping are just beautiful! Along with the great Staff, Mike and Johnny are on the ball always and always so helpful and friendly! I LOVE living here at Grandview Village!

Great Place to Live at!
Great Staff here at Grandview Village! I feel safe here. Close to shopping and places to eat at! I have lived here since 2017! Nice apartments! My dog loves it too! Very pet friendly. Nice neighbors here also!
