I like these apartments! The location, amenities, and neighbors are great. The only downsides I'd mention are lighting in the parking lot in my building specifically and thin walls, but the area is safe and neighbors try to keep quiet.

Lakewood
I just signed my first lease renewal at Lakewood. They have great amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym and a walking trail behind the property. Management is very responsive. I have nothing but positive things to say about this property. It’s located in the south side of Springfield within minutes of grocery stores and restaurants.

Lakewood Village is the best!
I just signed my 16th lease with Lakewood Village Apartments. Yes, I love it here. The property is well maintained, and issues are taken care of in a timely manner. Shout out to Doug, Carl and Jacob!! If you’re looking for an apartment that has a convenient location, look no further than Lakewood Village.
