I've lived here since 2014, and Maintenance is usually good except for when my work orders get canceled with no reason. This is a very quiet area and the grounds are in good shape. Lastly, the Parking lot has lots of potholes and needs some work.

Nice place to live, cheap rent prices, pool, etc. There are a few issues I have encountered while living here. The parking lot has lots of potholes, and the parking lines are quite faded. The appliances are a pretty outdated. The AC isnt the best in the summertime, it doesn't seem to cool down my apartment fully on the really hot days. But for the price, its overall a nice place to live, quiet neighbors and good management. I have lived here for over 5 years and I would recommend living here to... anyone looking for an affordable apartment.

I love how quiet and safe it is here, and Maintenance hasn't been the best. I would like to be more informed when there's new staff here. I've lived here for 6 years now and I love it here. The pool is nice now that it's done with construction, and lastly, the parking lot at Catalpa needs fixing, with lots of holes.

I like that it's quiet here; the Catalpa parking lot and buildings could use some work. I've lived here for 6 years now, and Maintenance has addressed my issues fairly quickly, but they could do better on the actual work itself because they always half-finish something. I have smelled a really bad odor in my hallway by the laundry room since I've moved in here. I'm very certain it could be mold and that it is under the building, and i just wanted this to be addressed.

Overall, Catalpa is a good place to live, but it could use better maintenance. It's very quiet here and the grounds are well-maintained but the parking lot lines need redone.
