I enjoy my time here. Quiet and nice place to live.

Lived here since 2021, and ever since Morgan took over as manager, this place has only been improving in quality. Maintenance is fully staffed and responds super quickly, grounds are always well kept and clean, and everyone you talk to is super friendly and understanding.

I’ve been living at Rosewood Village Apartments for a while now, and it’s been a consistently positive experience. The community is well-maintained, with clean grounds, nicely kept landscaping, and common areas that are regularly taken care of. It’s generally quiet, which makes it easy to relax and unwind after a long day.

The management team has been friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, they’ve been responsive and helpful. Maintenance... has also been reliable—requests are handled in a timely manner, and the work is done properly, which I really appreciate.

Inside the apartment, everything has been functional and comfortable. The layout is practical, and I haven’t had any major issues with appliances or utilities. Parking has also been convenient, and I haven’t had trouble finding a spot.

Another big plus is the location—it’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other everyday essentials, which makes running errands quick and easy. At the same time, the area still feels calm and not overly crowded.

Stable office staff and very helpful at Rosewood. I love the pool and it is very pet friendly! Great neighbors too!

The flowers always stay pretty even when it's hot outside at Rosewood Village. The rabbits and squirrels are very friendly here, my dog loves them! Lots of places to park under the shade. Very friendly neighbors as well! Definitely enjoy living here.
