I've lived here at R. V. since 9/22. I haven't had any problems to speak of. Minor heat & A. C. problem, that was repaired quickly. One really nice thing I've noticed is it's been totally pest free since I've been here. A big plus! The laundry room is convenient. I've always had a good experience with Keith & Morgan in handling things very courteously. I'd recommend Rosewood Village to anyone that's looking for a place to live!

Overall ok. Apartment conditions acceptable. Kitchen is too small. Takes too long for water to heat up. Bedroom ok size, can fit queen bed in the larger bedroom but queen bed takes up the whole room in 2nd bedroom. Pool is nice. Maintenance was okay most of the year but turnover (no one at office, etc) all summer made it hard to get maintenance or communication. My AC was 10° hotter than it was set for during heat wave. Took several weeks to get new toilet after clogging/overflowing/ being told... they would get new one and to "try not to use it" (only toilet) in the meantime - no way to contact anyone except for calling emergency line after hours repeatedly (no one around in the day, office calls not returned, no one responded to online maintenance requests, and the Wooten main office doesn't take calls)

May 2026 update : Average apartment but affordable (Going up more and more every year though - if it keeps going up, it won't be affordable anymore.) Pool, laundry room. Convenient location, generally quiet. Lots of office turnover and corporate-y / evasive responses ("can't do much for you", "that's a third party app", " I just work for Wooten, you can contact them but they won't take phone calls", etc) Maintenance is usually responsive to general fixes when staffed ~ Jen F

Lived here since 2021, and ever since Morgan took over as manager, this place has only been improving in quality. Maintenance is fully staffed and responds super quickly, grounds are always well kept and clean, and everyone you talk to is super friendly and understanding.
