It was a great experience, from day one the staff where very helpful and show me the apartment and the amenities. The best place I see between my budget.
I just finished my room and have my first couple of days. Not complaining at all. I really love to have my car on the heating garage.

I like it here. The last manager in the back office was not great but once she left the living conditions improved. Rent is getting a bit high though for the area and I will likely move next year. Thanks though overall!

In general apartment is OK, but there are many areas for improvement. One of the 2 elevators in my building has been broken for months with no signs of repairs. The windows are in such poor shape water leaks into the window tracks when it rains. Likewise, in the winter there is a lot of frost build-up on the inside of the windows. This may be why the wood sills are rotting. The carpeting in my unit is very old, and looks old, but is deemed as OK.

My family and I have been here for a couple of years now and have loved the entire experience. We have not had any complaints. Our building is quiet and no disturbances. The staff in the office is always so helpful and nice.

This September will mark my 3rd lease signed at the Burlington! This complex is not only affordable but has the amenities that exceed expectations. The leasing office is always willing to help with problems and maintenance comes in a timely manner. I don’t plan on moving out any time soon!
