The apartment and the building is sooo nice!! It’s super well designed! And the staffs are really friendly and welcoming?? Excited to live here! Price is also very reasonable with the size of the apartment

I'll be hitting my 5-year mark at C&E this summer and I anticipate living here as long as I stay in the Twin Cities! Great community spaces, a skilled and responsive maintenance team, caring front office workers, and an overall great living experience.
I recommend this place to anyone that loves living in St. Paul but wants convenient access to Minneapolis.
