Comfortable apartments, light-filled and well-ventilated. Very well-insulated --- does not get too cold even without turning up the heat much.
Amenities are nice: the exercise rooms are well-equipped and the conference rooms and clubrooms are a nice touch.
Staff is responsive and helpful, and maintenance requests have always been addressed promptly and more than satisfactorily.

The apartment and the building is sooo nice!! It’s super well designed! And the staffs are really friendly and welcoming?? Excited to live here! Price is also very reasonable with the size of the apartment
